Here’s a few frequently asked questions:
1. Help! I can’t log in, I have my username and password for the FBinfluence course and I can’t log into the VIP area.
The VIP area has its own registration page, if you have registered for the FBinfluence training course you still will need to register for the VIP website to access the VIP area. Make sure you are registered for both FBinfluence.com/members/ AND FBinfluence.com/VIP/ - NOTE: If you haven’t registered yet and have paid please fill out the form below and we will send you the registration link.
2. The bonus video isn’t working.
First verify that you are logged in, if you are and you still can’t see the bonus or training video’s try updating your browser or installing the latest version of Adobe Flash. (Also at times just refreshing the page may fix the issue in Firefox.)
3. I’ve already registered and can’t login.
Please make sure you have already registered with the VIP site and not just the FBinfluence members site. If you have registered with both sites, try resetting your password here. If you’ve forgotten which username & email you used to sign up please contact us below and we’ll make sure and send you your registration information.
4. I signed up for the VIP area but can’t access any of the site’s information.
First verify that you are logged in, if you are logged in and can’t access the materials please contact support or use the live chat at the bottom right and we will investigate further.
5. I’m signed up for the site, now what?
Once you’re registered, and logged in- now you can sign up for the weekly sessions hosted by Amy Porterfield. To do so please visit the Weekly Training Sign Up area of the site, click on the session you’d like to attend, and then put in your name and email into the Webinar sign up page.
